One of the first steps in contract negotiations is to complete a "bargaining survey," which is an important way for you and all other contingent faculty at CCA to indicate your priorities for our contract and share your input with the future contract negotiations team, which will be forming soon. This survey is now available online here. Please take a few minutes now or at your earliest convenience to fill it out--your input is critical to informing our priorities during our upcoming contract negotiations!
Thank you to everyone who came out to our first general membership meetings in Oakland and San Francisco last week! If you were unable to attend one of those meetings, you can still nominate colleagues to the bargaining team--the team that will negotiate our first contract with CCAadministration--by sending their names and, if available, contact information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
